Bye Bye Bonjuk

(Strangely?) I love porridge, despite it being generally perceived as food to be eaten only when you're sick.... And one of my favourite places for porridge was Bonjuk in Sri Hartamas.

Admittedly it is a bit pricey to pay >RM 12 for a bowl of porridge... but still, I never felt "cheated" - the porridge was yummy, had a decent amount of meat/ fish/ etc inside, and had no MSG added (which was a major plus point for me!)....

However, I had a rude shock when I went there with a friend last week though: It's CLOSED. :(
(With no notice of relocation, just an omnious "For Sale/ For Rent" sign stuck on the shutters....)

It you want, you can have a look at my review of Bonjuk here...
(In the meantime, if anyone catches a glimpse of a new Bonjuk branch opening anywhere in the Klang Valley area, please tell me, ok? Thanks....)

Boo hoo hoo,
J
